We’re Mark and Callianne - high school sweethearts and husband and wife team. We grew up in the Texas Hill Country and started Backbone Woodworks as a result of our love for Texas and a need for beautiful, durable furniture in our home. Mark is the woodworker who can usually be found neck-deep in sawdust, and Callianne is the design and organizational mind who keeps the ship afloat. We love making all kinds of things, from furniture, to games, to home decor, and we’d love to work with you to help you realize the unique designs you have in mind.
